The Product Owner is not collaborating with the Development Team during the Sprint. What are two valuable actions for a Scrum Master to take? (Choose two)

A. Inform the Product Owner's functional manager
B. Stop the Sprint, send the Product Owner to a course and restart
C. Bring up the problem in the Sprint Retrospective
D. Coach the Product Owner in the values of Scrum and incremental delivery
E. Nominate a proxy Product Owner

Correct Answer: C,D

The Scrum Master is accountable for establishing Scrum as defined in the Scrum Guide. They do this by helping everyone understand Scrum theory and practice, both within the Scrum Team and the organisation. A Scrum team should figure out themselves how to work together. This is why the Scrum Master would coach the Product Owner and create an inspect and adapt opportunity by bringing up the issue during the Sprint Retrospective
