At the end of the Sprint, all items are “Done” except for one that is almost Done. What should be done with this item?

    A. Consider the complete part of the item in velocity calculation and then create a new item in the Product Backlog for the remaining work

    B. The Sprint will be extended until we complete the item

    C. It can be added to the Increment if the customer accepts it

    D. Do not include it in the Increment

    Correct Answer: D

The purpose of a Sprint is to create at least one valuable Increment that is “Done”. This means that all items should adhere to the Definition of “Done”
