During the Sprint Review, the stakeholders suggest changes to the product that were not part of the Sprint Backlog. What should the Product Owner do?

    A. Accept the changes and add them to the current Sprint

    B. Decline the changes and inform the stakeholders that they will be considered in the future

    C. Accept the changes and extend the current Sprint to accommodate them

    D. Accept the changes and immediately start implementing them after the Sprint Review

    Correct Answer:  B

The Sprint Review is a time for stakeholders to inspect the Increment and provide feedback. However, changes that were not part of the committed Sprint Backlog should not be added during the current Sprint. The Product Owner should thank the stakeholders for their input and consider these changes for future Sprints or the Product Backlog
