What should the Scrum Team do if they find that the Sprint Goal becomes obsolete during the Sprint?

    A. Inform the stakeholders that the Sprint Goal is no longer relevant

    B. Cancel the current Sprint and start a new one with a revised goal

    C. Collaborate with the Product Owner to create a new Sprint Goal

    D. Continue with the current Sprint and revise the Sprint Goal for the next Sprint

    Correct Answer: B

If the Sprint Goal becomes obsolete during the Sprint and no longer makes sense, the Scrum Team should cancel the current Sprint. Only the Product Owner has the authority to do this so they should collaborate with the Product Owner. After that they collaborate with the Product Owner create a new Sprint Goal, and a new Sprint is started with the revised goal
